Reception

Volunteers in the reception area warmly greet families, visitors, and guests as they arrive. They ensure visitors sign in, provide directions to the appropriate unit, and assist with general questions. When masking is required, volunteers help ensure visitors are properly masked before entering the facility. This role also involves coordinating with the administrative team and welcoming individuals arriving to visit residents or attend scheduled appointments.
